At My Social Sports, our number one priority is the health and safety of our players. You guys rock, and we want to make sure that we’re all laughing and playing together for a long time to come. We know you have questions and so we want to let you know that we are monitoring the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. We are monitoring expert recommendations including guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control, our venues and local and state officials.
We love all of you, we hope you and your families are safe, and we can’t wait to get back to doing what we do best – playing sports, meeting people and having fun.
Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve postponed most of our spring leagues to begin in July, or slightly later. While you may notice that name of the league is now listed as a ‘Summer League’, these leagues are Spring leagues that have been delayed due to COVID-19. To stay updated with the league you’ve registered for, please make sure to login to Mysocialsports.com and check the league for updated registration information, and playing dates. We will continue to monitor the situation, and provide updates as the situation progresses.
At this time we are unable to offer refunds due to these delays. As mentioned, we will begin play again as soon as local and state officials have deemed it safe to resume group sports activities. Please understand that members will receive the full value of their registration fees, and All games will be played when we are able to resume. We hope you will understand the need for this, as we must do our best to ensure that we keep My Social Sports sustainable for years to come. Please note that the adjusted refund policy during the COVID-19 pandemic supersedes the standard MSS refund policy.
